摘要
为了提升"互联网+"时代智慧社区疾病防控服务质量,基于智慧社区网络化特点,构建疫情预警与应急响应、智能健康监测与管理等疾病防控服务架构.针对技术瓶颈与标准不一、数据安全和隐私隐患、居民参与度低、跨部门和跨领域合作协同差等挑战,提出建立技术标准与规范、加强数据安全管理、构建统一的合作平台等服务提升路径.
Abstract
In order to improve the quality of disease prevention and control services in smart communities in the Internet+era,based on the networked characteristics of smart communities,the structure of disease prevention and control services such as epidemic warning and emergency response,and intelligent health monitoring and manage-ment are built.In order to address challenges such as different technical bottlenecks and standards,data security and privacy risks,the low participation of residents,and poor inter-department and interdisciplinary cooperation,paths for improving services such as establishing technical standards and norms,strengthening data security management and building a unified cooperation platform are proposed.
