Research and Practice on the Training Model of High Skilled and Distinctive Talents in Traditional Chinese Medicine in the New Era
The inheritance,innovation,and development of traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the cultivation of high skilled talents,are requirements put forward by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.High skilled talents in traditional Chinese medicine should possess unique skills,characteristics of the times,and cultural features.The traditional cultivation of high skilled talents mainly relies on technicians and technical schools,while the role of ordinary vocational colleges is not fully utilized,and there are a series of problems in train-ing objectives,curriculum design,teaching staff,practical teaching,and school enterprise cooperation.In order to achieve the cultivation of high skilled characteristic talents,Heze Home Economics College has led the establish-ment of a municipal industry education consortium,established a modern pharmaceutical industry college,and in-troduced industry experts such as Qilu craftsmen,integrated academic credentials with moral and technical educa-tion,and integrated science and education with characteristic development majors which have made beneficial ex-plorations in the cultivation of high skilled and distinctive talents in traditional Chinese medicine in the new era.
