Research on the Cultivation of Personalized Talents for New Engineering Machinery Major Under the Background of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China
The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should accelerate the construction of an education talent power and implement an innovation-driven strategy.This high-lighted the direction of construction and reform for engineering majors and promoted the high-quality develop-ment of higher education.At present,there are problems with the high homogeneity of talent training schemes and low adaptability of trained talents in current application-oriented universities.Based on modular reform 2.0,at He-fei University,the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China will be integrated into professional reforms,proposing new core competencies,knowledge systems,and training approaches for personal-ized mechanical talents,and cultivating high-quality applied talent.
