Key Technologies and Innovation Applications of 5G Smart Mines
With the advancement of intelligent production,the application of 5G network technology in smart mines has be-come a research hotspot in the industry.Intelligent control puts forward extremely high requirements on commu-nication networks.The original 4G communication network is not enough to meet the strict require-ments of in-dustrial intelligent upgrading on communication network delay,mobility,reliability,terminal access number,an-ti-interference and other aspects.The 5G communication network has the characteristics of low delay,high mobil-ity,high reliability,strong anti-interference,and support for mass terminal access.It can fully meet the needs of communication networks for industrial Internet intelligent industry upgrading.Based on the needs of ac-tual pro-jects,this paper deeply discusses some key technologies of 5G in the intelligent upgrading of iron mines,systemati-cally presents the implementation scheme of 5G private network in iron mines,and the implementation results prove the feasibility of the scheme.At the same time,in combination with some problems in practical opera-tions under the 5G private network,the innovative applications related to intelligent monitoring and management are focused on,so as to improve the safety and production efficiency of mining operations and promote the intelli-gent development of the mining industry.The research results have important reference value for further promoting the construction of 5G+industrial Internet in China.
