DFMEA Analysis and Application Practice of Aviation Engine Fuel Control System
DFMEA is a preventive-based reliability design tool.Conduct DFMEA analysis at different stages of product development,quantitatively identify weak links in product design from three dimensions of failure impact,severity level,and probability of occurrence,formulate targeted improvement measures,and continue to iteratively update to improve product reliability.This paper summarizes the functional DFMEA analysis workflow,and applies it to a certain type of aero-engine fuel control system product.By sorting out the task reliability block diagram of this type of product,and combining with the quantitative analysis of past failure modes of products with the same structure,carry design improvement measures on identified weak links,and use the reliability enhancement test the result.The final result shows that through DFMEA analysis,which effectively improves the reliability of the product.
