摘要
配网不停电作业存在着一定的技术难度和安全风险,如果操作不当或管理不规范,可能导致人员触电、电弧灼伤、高空坠落、设备损坏、线路短路等严重事故,危及人身安全和电网稳定运行.因此,有效地防护配网不停电作业电弧伤害,是保障电力系统安全可靠运行的重要任务.研究从配网不停电作业电弧伤害的机理、防护目标、防护区域、防护技术、防护效果和优化方向等方面,对配网不停电作业电弧防护进行了系统的分析和探讨.
Abstract
There are some technical difficulties and safety risks in the distribution network without power outage operation.If the operation is improper or the management is not standard,it may lead to serious accidents such as electric shock,arc burning,falling from high altitude,equipment damage,short circuit and so on,endangering per-sonal safety and stable operation of the power grid.Therefore,how to effectively protect the arc damage of the dis-tribution network without power outage is an important task to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power system.This paper systematically analyzes and discusses the mechanism of arc damage,protection target,protection area,protection technology,protection effect and optimization direction.
