Safety Arc Damage Mechanism and Protection Measures for Distribution Network Without Power Outage Operation
There are some technical difficulties and safety risks in the distribution network without power outage operation.If the operation is improper or the management is not standard,it may lead to serious accidents such as electric shock,arc burning,falling from high altitude,equipment damage,short circuit and so on,endangering per-sonal safety and stable operation of the power grid.Therefore,how to effectively protect the arc damage of the dis-tribution network without power outage is an important task to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power system.This paper systematically analyzes and discusses the mechanism of arc damage,protection target,protection area,protection technology,protection effect and optimization direction.
