摘要
新建火电机组的吹管过程十分关键,与常规机组相比,二次再热机组的蒸汽参数更高,热力系统更复杂,其吹管调试的要求更高.以国产首台1 000 MW二次再热π型锅炉为研究对象,综合考虑项目实际情况,提出两段式降压吹管调试工艺,第一阶段对过热器进行吹扫,第二阶段将过热器、一次再热器和二次再热器串联吹管.实际吹管过程能够较好地满足吹管导则相关质量要求,保证了机组启动运行顺利,为后续同类型机组的吹管调试提供经验.
Abstract
The blowing process of newly built thermal power units is crucial.Compared with conventional thermal unit,the steam parameter of double reheat unit is higher,the thermal system is more complex,the requirements for pipe-blowing debugging are higher.Taking the first domestically made 1000 MW double reheat π type boiler as the research object,and taking into account the actual situation of the project comprehensively,two-stage pressure-reduction pipe blowing debugging process is proposed.First stage the superheater is purged;Second stage,connect the superheater,primary reheater,and secondary reheater in series for blowing pipes.The blowing process can better meet the quality requirements proposed in the blowing guidelines,ensuring the smooth start-up and op-eration of the unit,and providing experience for the subsequent blowing debugging of similar units.
