针对当前薄钢板生产对卷筒卷绕薄钢板的绕紧力控制有较高要求的实际情况,基于保证产品规格一致性和平整度的实际需求,设计了一种绕紧力检测系统.这种检测系统能够应用于成品宽度在1 m以上的薄钢板生产设备,实时测量卷筒绕紧力并反馈给绕紧力控制系统.实际工程应用表明:设计的绕紧力检测系统检测精度可以达到0.2%F.S,能够满足薄钢板自动化生产设备对绕紧力的检测要求,并应用在多种类型的薄钢板产线中,提高产品的生产效率和质量.
Design of a Detection System for the Winding Force of Thin Steel Plate Rolls
In response to the current high requirements for controlling the winding force of thin steel plates in pro-duction,a winding force detection system has been designed based on the practical needs of ensuring product speci-fication consistency and flatness.It can be applied to thin steel plate production equipment with a finished product width of more than 1m,to measure the winding force of the roll in real-time and provide feedback to the winding force control system.Practical engineering applications have shown that the designed winding force sensor can achieve a detection accuracy of 0.2% F.S,which can meet the requirements of automatic production equipment for thin steel plates for winding force detection.It has been applied in various types of thin steel plate production lines to improve product production efficiency and quality.
