Research on the Performance and Economic Benefit Analysis of Solid Waste 3D Printing Concrete
In this article, the solid waste materials is combined with 3D printing technology to achieve the recy-cling of solid waste concrete.Firstly,it analyzes the performance characteristics of raw materials and explore the pro-duction process of solid waste recycled sand.Secondly, relevant mix design is carried out to characterize the con-struction performance based on properties such as viscosity, initial setting time, and compressive strength. The influ-ence of water cement ratio, recycled sand replacement rate, and fiber dosage on its mechanical properties are stud-ied.The results show that the water cement ratio is 0.37,the recycled sand content is 100%,and the fiber dosage is 0.5% .Finally,by analyzing the carbon emissions and economic costs during the production process, comparing the differences with ordinary pouring processes, research questions on subsequent 3D printed concrete are proposed, laying the foundation for the feasibility of circular economy in the transportation industry.
