摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,高校财务信息化迎来全新的发展思路,云计算技术在财务等领域的广泛应用,高校财务云计算平台应运而生.运用SWOT分析法,从优势、劣势、机会和威胁这4个方面,对高校财务云计算平台进行全面透析,提出构建财务数据共享平台、利用VPN技术防范风险、定制云计算的软件服务、给予资金与相关设施支持等切实可行的对策,打造真正意义上的高校财务信息一体化,提高高校财务管理的效率,以促进高校财务信息化的发展.
Abstract
With the arrival of the big data era,college financial informationization ushered in a new development ideas,cloud computing technology is widely used in finance and other fields,college financial cloud computing plat-form came into being.This article uses the SWOT Analysis method to comprehensively analyze the financial cloud computing platform of universities from four aspects:advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats.It pro-poses practical and feasible strategies such as building a financial data sharing platform,using VPN technology to pre-vent risks,customizing cloud computing software services,providing funding and related facility support,etc.,to create a true integration of financial information in universities and improve the efficiency of financial management in universities,so as to promote the development of financial informatization in universities.
