摘要
随着 5G、大数据、人工智能、区块链技术的发展,数据赋能时代已来临,这为高校图书馆知识服务带来了新的机遇与挑战.以数据赋能为视角,分析大数据环境中的资源、技术、人才等因素,展望图书馆智慧化知识服务的发展趋势,提出具体的智慧化知识服务策略,以期为深化知识服务拓展思路,推动高校图书馆智慧化知识服务高质量发展.
Abstract
With the development of 5G,Big Data,Artificial Intelligence,and Blockchain technology,the era of data empowerment has arrived,which has brought new opportunities and challenges to knowledge services in uni-versity libraries.From the perspective of data empowerment this paper analyzes factors such as resources,technology,and talent in the big data environment,looks forward to the development trend of intelligent knowledge services in libraries,and proposes specific strategies for intelligent knowledge service models,in order to deepen the expansion of knowledge services and promote the high-quality development of intelligent knowledge services in university li-braries.
