摘要
随着计算机技术的飞速发展,人工智能在各个领域的应用越来越广泛.高校图书馆作为学术研究与知识传播的重要场所,如何利用人工智能技术提升服务质量,构建智慧服务体系,成为当前亟待解决的问题.首先分析了高校图书馆智慧服务体系建设的必要性,然后探讨了人工智能技术在高校图书馆中的应用现状,最后提出了构建高校"人工智能+图书馆"智慧服务体系的具体策略,以期为我国高校图书馆的智慧化转型提供参考.
Abstract
With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology,its application in various fields is more and more extensive.As an important place for academic research and knowledge dissemination,how to use AI technology to improve service quality and build intelligent service system has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper first analyzes the necessity of the construction of intelligent service system in university libraries,then discusses the application status of AI technology in university libraries,and finally puts forward specific strate-gies for the construction of"artificial intelligence+library"smart service system in universities,in order to provide reference for the intelligent transformation of university libraries in China.
