The Realistic Predicament of Subject Service of Local University Library and the Implementation Path of High Quality Development
High-quality development is becoming the main keynote of the next round of library development.Against the backdrop of high-quality development,this paper uses the method of network investigation to investi-gate the subject services of 43 Provincial and ministerial jointly built local university libraries from five aspects,such as service columns,service content,service platform,service team and WeChat subject services.The analysis finds that the subject service of local university libraries in China has some practical difficulties,such as weak active ser-vice consciousness,insufficient content,lagging service platform construction,backward service team construction,and insufficient coverage of WeChat subject service.It is proposed to realize the high-quality development of disci-pline services through establishing the active service concept,innovating the discipline service content,constructing the intelligent discipline service platform,creating a high-level service team,and exploring multiple service meth-ods,so as to help the discipline construction and"double first-class"construction.
