A Study on the Tendency of Entrepreneurship Models Towards College Students Under the Guidance of the Guiding Principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China
With the expansion of colleges and universities,the increase in the number of fresh graduates,and the level of socio-economic development stabilizing,the competition for employment among college students is be-coming more and more intense,and the report to the twentieth CPC National Congress highlights the need to con-tinue to build on the new process of modernization with the power of innovation and entrepreneurship among young people.In order to reduce the employment pressure on college students and improve the employment envi-ronment,entrepreneurship is an important way to solve this problem and has a driving effect on economic develop-ment.Entrepreneurial models are a very important factor affecting entrepreneurial decision-making,which is of great significance in stimulating the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students and promoting the reform and development of college student entrepreneurship.We should pay more attention to the role of entrepreneurial mod-els in entrepreneurial activities,in order to guide college students in their entrepreneurship.By obtaining data through questionnaire surveys,proposing research hypotheses,and exploring the inherent relationship between en-trepreneurial models and college students'entrepreneurial intentions from the perspective of model education,we can more accurately understand the entrepreneurial intentions of college students,formulate corresponding employ-ment plans based on their entrepreneurial intentions,and solve problems such as job difficulties and structural unem-ployment.
