Research on the Path of Cultivating Community Volunteer Service Awareness Based on the Guiding Principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China
As the center of community governance in China moves down,grassroots autonomy has become an im-portant development strategy.The Guiding Principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that community autonomy is an important force of grassroots autonomy.In recent years,the over-all development trend of community volunteers has been good,but there are still some problems,such as low service willingness and weak professionalism.Through interview and questionnaire surveys,that the current willingness of community volunteers to serve is relatively low,which is manifested in insufficient understanding of volunteer service,indifferent attitude towards volunteer service,and amateur volunteer service activities.The underlying cause of the problem focuses on the understanding,learning,and construction of roles by community volunteers.In response to these issues,this study conducts in-depth research based on the cognitive and identification of volunteer roles,as well as the norms of volunteer roles.It aims to enhance the professional abilities of community volunteers in various as-pects,enhance their professionalism and service efficiency,and meet the demand of improving role professionalism and service efficiency.
