随着我国电机、电池、电控等核心技术的发展,我国新能源汽车也获得了飞速发展,不仅品牌越来越多,销售业绩也非常可观.然而,新能源汽车动力电池压差故障是一种常见的现象,主要是指动力电池组内部单体电池之间电压差异超过预设的安全阈值,不仅影响新能源汽车的使用,还会引发安全问题.因此,当遇到这种问题时需要及时地维修,以此来保证汽车的安全性.基于此,对新能源汽车动力电池压差故障及维修技术进行了分析.首先分析了引发新能源汽车动力电池压差故障的成因,然后结合成因提出了相应的维修对策,以此为相关部门和人员提供参考.
Preliminary Exploration of Differential Pressure Fault and Maintenance Technology for Power Batteries of New Energy Vehicles
With the development of core technologies such as electric motors,batteries,and electronic control in China,new energy vehicles have also achieved rapid development.Not only are there more and more brands,but sales performance is also very objective.However,for new energy vehicles,the voltage differential pressure fault of their power battery is a common phenomenon,mainly referring to the voltage difference between individual batter-ies inside the power battery pack exceeding the preset safety threshold.This not only affects the use of new energy vehicles,but also causes safety issues.Therefore,when encountering such problems,timely maintenance is needed to ensure the safety of the vehicle.Based on this,this article analyzes the differential pressure faults and maintenance techniques of new energy vehicle power batteries.Firstly,the causes of differential pressure faults in new energy ve-hicle power batteries are analyzed,and then corresponding maintenance strategies are proposed in combination with the causes,providing reference for relevant departments and personnel.
