摘要

机电一体化精确定位装置的电控部分以可编程逻辑控制器作为控制核心,发送指令改变电机的转动速度、转动方向.为了实现快速、精确定位,一方面,需要做好电控部分硬件设备的选型,包括可编程逻辑控制器、步进电机、伺服电机、触摸屏与通信光缆等;另一方面,还要科学分配可编程逻辑控制器的输入/输出口(In put/Out put,I/O),以及设计电控程序等,进一步提高精确定位装置的使用效果.

Abstract

The electronic control part of the mechatronics precise positioning device uses a programmable logic controller as the control core to send instructions to change the motor's rotational speed and direction.In order to achieve fast and precise positioning,on the one hand,it is necessary to select the hardware equipment for the electri-cal control part,including programmable logic controllers,stepper motors,servo motors,touch screens,and com-munication optical cables;On the other hand,it is necessary to scientifically allocate the In put/Out put(I/O)ports of programmable logic controllers and design electrical control programs to further improve the effectiveness of pre-cise positioning devices.
