以可靠性为中心的维修(Reliability Centered Maintenance,RCM)是一种应用于地铁车辆转向架检修规程优化的方法.基于RCM方法以系统功能为分析对象,以故障模式和影响为导向,确定转向架部件维修周期和维修内容.同时,通过对转向架构造的阐述,综合提出地铁车辆转向架关键部件的检修规程.希望通过此次分析,可以为地铁车辆转向架故障检修提供科学参考,从而有效地确保地铁的运行质量与安全性.
Analysis of Fault and Maintenance of Subway Vehicle Bogie Based on RCM Technology
Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM)is a method applied to optimize the maintenance procedures for subway vehicle bogies.In this paper,based on the RCM method,taking system functions as the analysis object and guided by fault modes and impacts,it determines the maintenance cycle and content of bogie components.At the same time,by elaborating on the construction of the steering structure,comprehensive maintenance regulations for key components of subway vehicle bogies are proposed.It is hoped that through this analysis,scientific refer-ences can be provided for the maintenance of subway vehicle bogies,thereby effectively ensuring the quality and safety of subway operation.
