Electronic products as high-precision products,the quality requirements are increasingly strict in the con-text of rapid development of science and technology.Welding is the core link in their production and manufactur-ing.PCB double-sided boards are printed circuit boards,which shoulder the core function of providing electrical connections for other electronic components in electronic products.Currently,the main welding method is manual welding,and welding problems occur frequently.This article takes the problem and root causes of manual welding of double-sided PCB boards in electronic products as the starting point,and focuses on analyzing the corresponding handling methods for manual welding problems.
