Research on the Application of Solid Wear Layer Technology in Mainline Highway Maintenance Engineering
In order to study solid wear layer construction technology,this paper determines the mix ratio of the wear layer mixture based on the mixing time and cohesion test of the wear layer mixture,which is 1#material:2#material:3#material=20.2%:20.0%:60.0%,emulsified asphalt 10.0%,cement 1.0%,water 4.5%.Based on actual en-gineering,solid wear layer construction technology is studied,and the construction effect is tested,and the qualifica-tion rate of all indicators reaches 100%.According to the maintenance life,the construction cost is amortized to about 5～7.5 yuan/m2 per year,which has significant economic benefits.
