渗固磨耗层技术在干线公路养护工程中的应用研究

为研究渗固磨耗层施工技术,基于对磨耗层混合料可拌和时间、黏聚力试验,确定了磨耗层混合料配比,即1#料∶2#料∶3#料=20.2%∶20.0%∶60.0%,乳化沥青10.0%,水泥1.0%,水4.5%.依托实际工程,开展了渗固磨耗层施工工艺研究,并对施工效果进行了检测,各项指标合格率达100%,根据养护寿命将施工成本摊销到每年约为5~7.5元/m2,具有显著经济效益.
Research on the Application of Solid Wear Layer Technology in Mainline Highway Maintenance Engineering
In order to study solid wear layer construction technology,this paper determines the mix ratio of the wear layer mixture based on the mixing time and cohesion test of the wear layer mixture,which is 1#material:2#material:3#material=20.2%:20.0%:60.0%,emulsified asphalt 10.0%,cement 1.0%,water 4.5%.Based on actual en-gineering,solid wear layer construction technology is studied,and the construction effect is tested,and the qualifica-tion rate of all indicators reaches 100%.According to the maintenance life,the construction cost is amortized to about 5~7.5 yuan/m2 per year,which has significant economic benefits.
