在市政工程项目中,前期成本估算的准确性是十分重要的.为了更准确地估算市政工程的前期成本,以基于BIM的虚拟现实技术作为初步的解决方案.基于BIM的虚拟现实技术(Virtual Reality,VR)使工程估价能够在利益相关者随时执行修改时自动更新,允许在整个项目中进行快速和高度准确的设计调整,采用技术验收模型来确定虚拟现实技术的验收水平,研究表明:虚拟现实技术的应用可以提高成本估算的效率和准确性.
In municipal engineering projects,the accuracy of preliminary cost estimation is very important.In order to more accurately estimate preliminary cost of municipal engineering,this paper takes BIM-based Virtual Reality(VR)technology as the preliminary solution.VR technology based on BIM enables engineering estimates to be au-tomatically updated as stakeholders perform changes at any time,allowing for rapid and highly accurate design ad-justments throughout the project,using technical acceptance models to determine the level of acceptance of virtual reality technologies.Research has shown that the application of virtual reality technology can improve the effi-ciency and accuracy of cost estimation.
