Currently,green development has become the theme of development in China's new era.As a highly polluting and energy consuming industry,the construction industry needs to actively implement the concept of green buildings.Under the background of green building concept,various new green building materials are con-stantly emerging and widely used,playing an important role in reducing environmental pollution and implementing China's environmental protection policies.Based on this,this article first analyzes the application value of green building materials.and combined with practical cases,it analyzes the application points and actual effects of new green building materials in civil engineering construction.
