Ecological water conservancy is the practice and development of water conservancy projects from the perspective of ecological balance development,based on various factors such as geographical conditions and ecologi-cal environment in the region.Rational application of ecological water conservancy design concept to optimize river management can effectively improve the automated operation capacity of water resources,and has important social,ecological,and economic benefits.Analyzing the specific application of river management and ecological wa-ter conservancy design concepts,exploring technical points,can effectively improve the comprehensive quality and efficiency of river management.Based on this,the article mainly analyzes the ecological water conservancy design concept and basic principles in river management,and determines the specific application technology based on the actual situation.
