水泥窑协同处置技术可以将污染土壤进行"资源化、无害化"的处置,在国内污染土壤修复行业中得到广泛应用.然而,该技术在实际应用过程中存在一定的劣势和风险,主要包括排放指标管控难度大、特殊污染物处理困难、二次污染风险高和成本效益不明确.针对这些问题,提出了相应的管控措施建议,以期为水泥窑协同处置技术的可持续发展提供参考.
Discussion on the Disadvantages and Control Measures of Collaborative Disposal of Contaminated Soil in Cement Kilns
The collaborative disposal technology of cement kiln can achieve the"resource utilization and harmless"disposal of contaminated soil,which has been widely used in domestic contaminated soil remediation industry.However,there are some disadvantages and risks in the practical application of this technology,mainly including the difficulty of emission index control,the difficulty of special pollutants treatment,the high risk of secondary pollu-tion and the unclear cost benefit.In view of these problems,the corresponding control measures and suggestions are putted forward,in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of cement kiln collaborative disposal technology.
