Visual Analysis of Library Services for Vulnerable Groups
Libraries are responsible for meeting the reading service needs of the general public,but research related to vulnerable groups is often lacking.Bibliometric method is one of the methods to understand the hot topics and changing trends of domestic libraries for vulnerable groups,by which we can clarify the development direction of li-brary services in the future.CiteSpaceV and VOSviewer visualization software were used to display the knowledge graph of 536 research articles included in CNKI academic journal database.After research,it is concluded that the number of research literature on library services for vulnerable groups increased rapidly in 2006,gradually decreased after 2015,and remained relatively flat in the later period.From the perspective of research hotspots,it mainly fo-cuses on"knowledge assistance","harmonious society","reader service"and"service".From the perspective of fron-tier trends,providing better reading conditions and services for vulnerable readers to create a harmonious society is the future development direction.
