With the rapid development of information technology,libraries in higher vocational colleges are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.This article conducts an in-depth study on the construction of smart li-braries in vocational colleges in the digital environment.It first outlines the impact of the digital environment on li-brary construction.Subsequently,it establishes a theoretical framework for the construction of smart libraries in vo-cational colleges,discusses the theoretical basis for information construction,the differences and connections be-tween smart libraries and traditional libraries,and service innovation driven by technology.In the practical part,the article analyzes strategies for improving resource utilization and management service efficiency,as well as the suc-cessful experiences of smart libraries in other institutions.
