Low carbon is one of the construction goals of smart libraries.As an important component of national public institutions,,libraries have the responsibility of promoting environmental sustainable development.In this ar-ticle,environmental Internet of Things,Green Cloud Computing and Big Data technology are used to build a data center supporting the green development of smart library,and its specific application is discussed in detail.Finally,three prospects are put forward:choose technology wisely to prevent privacy disclosure,use technology on demand and refuse to waste resources,introduce emerging technologies and explore the road to"open source",aiming at providing reference for smart library to achieve the goal of low carbon.
