As the CPC Central Committee has elevated an active response to population ageing as a national strat-egy,the demand structure of the elderly is shifting from survival oriented to development oriented,,there are still problems such as unbalanced and insufficient development in elderly care industry and elderly care services.At the same time,developed countries such as Europe and America have established relatively comprehensive systems in smart elderly care services,while China's progress in this area is still at an early stage.In the face of the increasingly severe aging problem,this study conducted an extensive analysis utilizing a questionnaire to explore the willingness and demand for the use of smart home care services among the elderly in Lianyungang City.And it explores the problems in the development and service supply process of smart home-based elderly care models,and propose im-provement suggestions.
