目的 使用UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS技术(超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱联用)联合多元统计分析技术分析川、浙麦冬的差异成分.方法 质谱解析软件(Markerview)对液质采集数据进行成分分析,应用主成分分析(Principal Component Analysis,PCA)等对其进行差异性聚类.结果 鉴定或推断了川、浙麦冬20个差异化合物,其中11个黄酮类化合物、9个皂苷类化合物.结论 通过该研究建UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS结合多元统计分析方法,明确了四川以及浙江产地麦冬的差异化学成分.
Differential Component Analysis of Ophiopogon Japonicus in Sichuan and Zhejiang Provinces Based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS Technology
Objective UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS combined with multivariate statistical analysis was used to ana-lyze the differential components of Ophiopogon chinensis in Sichuan and Zhejiang.Methods Mass spectrometry analysis software(Markerview)was used to analyze the composition of liquid mass acquisition data,and principal component analysis(PCA)was used to cluster them differentially.Results A total of 20 differential compounds were identified or inferred,including 11 flavonoids and 9 saponins.Conclusion In this study,UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS combined with multivariate statistical analysis method was established to clarify the differentiation compo-nents of Ophiopogon vulgaris in Sichuan and Zhejiang.
