摘要
轴是机械设备中常见的零部件,是工程机械变速箱必不可少的重要零件,其作用是支承转动零件,使转动零件具有确定的工作位置,并承担支撑、定位、传递运动和动力等重要功能.然而,在使用过程中,轴可能会出现各种失效损坏形式,造成机器停机,严重影响工程机械的安全性和工作效率.通过介绍轴的主要失效形式,并提供相应的防范和预防损坏措施方法.
Abstract
Shaft is a common component in mechanical equipment and an essential part of construction machinery gearboxes.Its function is to support rotating parts,enabling them to have a determined working position and bear-ing important functions such as support,positioning,transmission of motion and power.However,in the process of use,the shaft may experience various forms of failure and damage,causing machine shutdown and affecting cus-tomer production,seriously affecting the safety and efficiency of construction machinery.The author introduces the main forms of shaft failure and provides corresponding prevention and damage prevention measures.
