摘要
钢混组合梁的作用是通过钢梁与混凝土桥面板共同受力来抵抗梁体下挠,其具有截面尺寸小、自重轻、跨度大、承载力强、钢材和混凝土用量少、施工周期短等优势.以尖山沟特大桥引桥为研究对象,为克服高山峡谷环境下施工作业空间受限、支架搭设难度大、施工安全风险高等传统支架法施工的不利因素,深入分析钢混组合梁受力特性,创新采用吊挂法现浇铺装混凝土,以供类似工程借鉴.
Abstract
Steel-concrete composite beams resist the deflection of the beam body through the joint force of steel beams and concrete bridge decks.They have advantages such as small cross-sectional size,light self weight,large span,strong bearing capacity,low steel and concrete consumption,and short construction period.In this paper,tak-ing the approach bridge of Jianshangou Super Large Bridge as the research object,in order to overcome the unfa-vorable factors of traditional support method construction such as limited construction space,difficult support instal-lation,and high construction safety risks in high mountain and canyon environments,the stress characteristics of steel-concrete composite beams are analyzed in depth,and the innovative use of suspension method for cast-in-place paving concrete is proposed for reference in similar projects.
