Modern housing construction has the characteristics of large construction area and high floors.Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology,as the most advanced information technology currently available,can promote the standardization of basic construction technology by combining it with housing construction projects.Based on this,based on the overview of BIM technology,this paper comprehensively analyzes the application value of BIM technology in foundation construction of housing construction projects,in order to comprehensively im-proves the efficiency of foundation construction.
