Analysis of Characteristics of Explosive Dust and Research on Security Prevention and Control Technology
Explosive dust often poses a threat in industrial production.In order to better understand the danger of explosive dust,explosive dust is defined and classified in detail in this article,and its relationship with explosives is determined by analyzing its size and surface shape.It also studied the dust diffusion and concentration distribution under various environmental conditions to ensure that dust prevention has a basis and focus.In terms of security prevention and control technology,the focus is on analyzing its application in industrial practice through examples,with a focus on studying the development of dust explosion-proof safety control technology,dust prevention tech-nology,and environmental monitoring and early warning technology.The necessity and practicality of the pro-posed safety prevention and control technology have been further verified by analyzing cases of dust explosion acci-dents in industrial production.The research results provide technical guidance for the security management of ex-plosive dust in theory.
