中国高校教学秘书科研队伍状况研究综述

摘要
采用文献、综合指数、数理统计和逻辑分析等方法,并结合洛特卡定律和普赖斯定律,对CNKI收录的2013-2022年间高校教学秘书548篇学术期刊论文进行了作者及其相关分析.结果表明:10年间,发文量呈现由平稳波动至下滑趋势;科研队伍已经形成,公办普通本科院校、30～40岁中青年是科研的主体,科研队伍女性远远多于男性,但活跃作者和核心作者相对薄弱;科研合作范围小且较集中;课题项目立项层级低.建议:培育活跃作者,提高核心作者论文的平均产出率,加强同行跨区域间的科研合作,努力提高科研水平.
Abstract
Using methods such as Literature Review,Composite Index,Mathematical Statistics and Logical Analy-sis,and combining Lotca's Law and Price Law,this study conducted an author and related analysis on 548 academic journal papers of university teaching secretaries included in included in CNKI from 2013 to 2022.The results show:The number of publications in the 10 years had a trend from stable fluctuation to decline;The scientific research team has been formed,the main body of scientific research is public universities and middle-aged and young people aged 30-40,the number of women in the scientific research team is far more than that of men,but the active au-thors and core authors are relatively weak;The scope of scientific research cooperation is small and concentrated;The project proposal level is low.Suggestions:Cultivate active authors,to improve the average output rate of core authors'papers;Strengthen cross-regional scientific research exchanges and cooperation among peers;Iimprove their scientific research level.
