摘要

新工科教育是建设教育强国的必由之路、战略支撑和引领力量.对标党的二十大精神和《关于加快建设发展新工科实施卓越工程师教育培养计划2.0的意见》文件要求,在分析地方应用型高校新工科建设面临挑战的基础上,提出从优化课程体系、转变教学模式与方法、加强工程实践训练、打造混合型教学团队和推进创新创业教育5个方面构建新型人才培养模式,以期提升地方应用型高校服务区域经济社会发展和创新驱动发展的能力,实现全面提高人才自主培养质量的目标.

Abstract

New engineering education is the necessary path,strategic support,and leading force to build an educa-tion power.In accordance with the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress and the requirement of Opinions on Accelerating the Construction and Development of New Engineering and Implementing the Excellent Engineer Edu-cation and Training Plan 2.0,based on the analysis of the challenges faced by the construction of new engineering dis-ciplines in local applied universities,the paper proposes to construct a new talent training model from five aspects:optimizing the curriculum system,transforming teaching modes and methods,strengthening engineering practice training,building a hybrid teaching team,and promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education,so as to en-hance the ability of local applied universities to serve regional economic and social development and innovation driven development,and achieve the goal of comprehensively improving the quality of nurturing excellent talents.
