With the continuous development and progress of The Times,the application of intelligent technology is becoming increasingly widespread,providing more convenient conditions for users and staff.For heating enter-prises,there are a large number of users and many problems requiring feedback.If they only rely on manpower to provide services,not only the workload and work is difficult,but also cannot provide users with better service qual-ity,especially in the customer service hotline.In view of this situation,the relevant technical personnel proposed the application of intelligent voice navigation technology,which not only solved the problem that the traditional manual customer service is difficult to deal with the increase of the hotline volume during the heating period,but also improved the service quality and user satisfaction rate.
