基于医疗大数据环境的疾病预测模型设计

在大数据时代背景下,为了从海量医疗数据中挖掘出有价值的信息,保证医生疾病诊断结果的精确性和可靠性,应用大数据挖掘技术完成对基于医疗大数据下的疾病预测模型的构建.首先,介绍了决策支持、数据挖掘、知识发现等大数据挖掘相关技术.其次,从数据集成与清洗、数据填补与降维和模型构建与评价3个方面入手,完成对疾病预测模型的构建.最后,验证了模型的有效性和可靠性.结果表明:该模型在医疗疾病数据集中取得良好的预测效果,其预测正确率达到77.47%,为医生诊断患者疾病提供了重要的依据和参考.希望通过这次研究为相关人员提供有效的借鉴和参考.
Design of Disease Prediction Model Based on Medical Big Data Environment
In the context of the big data era,in order to extract valuable information from massive medical data and ensure the accuracy and reliability of doctor's disease diagnosis results,this article applies Big Data Mining technol-ogy to complete the construction of disease prediction models based on Medical Big Data.Firstly,Big Data Mining related technologies such as Decision Support,Data Mining,and Knowledge Discovery were introduced.Secondly,starting from three aspects:data integration and cleaning,data filling and dimensionality reduction,model construc-tion and evaluation,the construction of disease prediction model is completed.Finally,the effectiveness and reli-ability of the model proposed are verified.The results show that the model has achieved good predictive perfor-mance in medical disease datasets,with a prediction accuracy of 77.47%,providing important basis and reference for doctors to diagnose patient diseases.It is hoped to provide effective reference and guidance for relevant personnel through this study.
