摘要

为了保障国土空间生态修复项目高效实施,应用实景三维和等相关技术,设计并建设了基于实景三维的国土空间生态修复全生命周期监管平台.该平台具有可视化、智能化、信息化等特点,已成功应用于重庆三峡库区腹心地带山水林田湖草沙一体化保护和修复工程,有效提高了生态修复工作的效率和质量,为推进生态文明建设和保障国家生态安全提供了有力的技术支撑.

Abstract

In order to ensure the efficient implementation of land spatial ecological restoration projects,a full life cycle supervision platform for land spatial ecological restoration based on Real 3D and GIS visualization technologies has been designed and constructed.The platform has the characteristics of visualization,intelligence,and informatiza-tion,and has been successfully applied to the integrated protection and restoration project of mountains,rivers,for-ests,fields,lakes,grasslands,and sand in the heartland of Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir Area,effectively im-proving the efficiency and quality of ecological restoration work,providing strong technical support for promoting ecological civilization construction and ensuring national ecological security.
