随着我国机械制造业不断发展,数控技术的地位变得日益突出.在加工过程中,工艺设计的合理与否对提高生产效率意义显著.因此,以车间中生产的零件为研究对象,首先了解工艺设计的原则和工艺设计中需要考虑的因素,然后结合生产实例,采用不同工艺类比、计算机辅助制造(Computer-Aided Manufactur-ing,CAM)技术优化刀具路径等方法,对零件进行工艺优化,提高了生产效率,有利于节能降耗.
Process Design of Coal Mine Scraper Head Frame Connecting Pad Before Numerical Control Machining
With the continuous development of China's machinery manufacturing industry,the status of Numerical Control technology has become increasingly prominent.In the process of processing,the reasonableness of process design is significant for improving production efficiency.Therefore,this article takes the parts produced in the workshop as the research object,firstly understands the principles of process design and the factors need to be con-sidered in process design,and then combined with production examples,using different process analogies,and Computer-Aided Manufacturing(CAM)technology to optimize the tool path,the process of parts is optimized,which improves the production efficiency and is conducive to energy saving and consumption reduction.
