The fault diagnosis of machine tool spindles is crucial to ensure the stable operation of the machine tool.The methods for diagnosing spindle faults include Vibration Analysis,Temperature Monitoring,Oil Analysis,and Acoustic Emission Detection.The vibration Analysis method can monitor various types of faults in real time,the Temperature Monitoring method diagnoses problems by detecting temperature changes,the Oil Analysis can pro-vide direct information about bearing and gear wear,and the Acoustic Emission Detection is very sensitive to small cracks and fractures.However,each method has its limitations,so it needs to be considered comprehensively in practical applications.With the development of technology,fault diagnosis methods in the future will become more intelligent and accurate,and a comprehensive diagnostic system combining multiple methods is expected to im-prove the accuracy and reliability of diagnosis.
