提高钻孔灌注桩成孔效率是桥梁工程中的重要问题.提出了一种新型钻孔灌注桩无泥浆清水成孔的施工系统与方法.该系统结合泵吸反循环与冲击钻成孔深度,既解决了岩层只能用冲击钻施工,而冲击钻只能用泥浆来悬浮钻渣的问题,又利用泵吸反循环解决了冲击钻在无泥浆情况下钻进和清孔两个过程的排渣问题,钻进的过程中及时排渣.通过将系统应用于工程实践,证明了其良好的运渣排渣、护壁成孔效率.
Research on the Construction System and Method of New Bored Pile with Mud-Free and Water Drilling
Improving the drilling efficiency of bored piles is an important issue in bridge engineering.This article proposes a new construction system and method for bored piles with mud free water drilling.This system combines pump suction reverse circulation with impact drilling depth,which not only solves the problem of rock layers being only constructed with impact drilling,while impact drilling can only use mud to suspend drilling slag,but also uses pump suction reverse circulation to solve the slag discharge problem during the drilling and cleaning processes of impact drilling without mud,and timely discharge slag during the drilling process.By applying the system to engi-neering practice,it is proved that the system has good efficiency in slag transportation,slag discharge,and wall pro-tection hole formation.
