摘要

为解决当前建筑开发项目中的永久和临时道路路面结构问题、有效控制项目建设周期、降低项目投资成本,提出了一种永久和临时路面结构设计方案.该永临结合路面在节约工程建设时间和成本方面具有显著优势,其在当今房地产高周转的开发模式下是一种理想的路面结构选择方案.将结合具体工程项目对永临结合路面材料与结构设计重难点问题进行探讨,以供相关人员参考.

Abstract

In order to solve the structural problems of permanent and temporary road surfaces in current construc-tion projects,effectively control project construction cycles,and reduce project investment costs,a permanent and temporary road surface structure design scheme is proposed.This permanent and temporary combined road surface has significant advantages in saving construction time and costs.It is an ideal road surface structure selection scheme in the current high turnover development mode of real estate.The key and difficult issues of permanent and tempo-rary combined road surface materials and structural design will be discussed in combination with specific engineer-ing projects,for reference by relevant personnel.
