摘要
首先,对天津市汛期的主要时间段、汛情等级以及天津地铁线网周边特点3个方面进行了简要阐述.其次,从风险分析、预案制订、设备整备、物资投入、队伍建设、应急响应等方面,研究了搭建地铁防汛体系的建立.最后,对汛情后的工作进行了分析研究,总结了不足和需要改进的方面,以期为后续城市轨道交通防汛工作提供一些参考和建议.
Abstract
In this article,firstly,a brief explanation is given on the main time periods,flood levels,and characteris-tics of the Tianjin subway network during the flood season.Then,the establishment of a subway flood prevention system is studied from several aspects,including risk analysis,plan formulation,equipment preparation,material in-vestment,team building,and emergency response.Finally,an analysis research is conducted on the post flood work,summarizing the shortcomings and areas that need improvement,in order to provide some reference and sugges-tions for subsequent urban rail transit flood prevention work.
