以回龙湾隧道为研究对象,逐一分析隧道衬砌产生裂缝、衬砌渗漏水、挡墙渗漏水和内装饰污损的原因.根据具体病害情况,选择适当的防渗漏水材料和施工工艺,依次阐述衬砌加固治理措施、不渗水裂缝治理措施、渗漏水处治理措施、洞内装饰和检修道及排水沟的施工方案.最终,结合原隧道二次衬砌的实际情况、环境、季节等特点,从人、机、料、法、环等因素对项目中出现的重大危险源进行辨识,并给出相应的处理措施.
Design of Disease Treatment for Civil Structure of Huilongwan Tunnel
Taking Huilongwan Tunnel as the research object,the causes of cracks in tunnel lining,lining leakage,retaining wall leakage and internal decoration fouling are analyzed one by one.According to the specific disease situation,the appropriate anti-seepage leakage materials and construction technology are selected.Construction schemes of lining reinforcement treatment measures,non-seepage crack treatment measures,seepage treatment,tunnel decoration and maintenance road and drainage ditch are described in sequence.Finally,combined with the actual situation,environment,season and other characteristics of the original tunnel secondary lining,the major hazard sources in the project are identified from the factors of human,machine,material,method and environment,and the corresponding treatment measures are provided.
