基于"OBE-CDIO"理念的城乡规划专业人才培养模式探索——学习党的二十大精神 构建高质量国土空间体系

党的二十大报告提出,构建高质量国土空间体系,人才队伍建设是国土空间规划体系建设的重要支撑。在新形势下,适应国土空间规划体系改革,形成系统性、科学性、贯通性的人才培养模式是做好国土空间规划的关键。围绕大力培养复合型、应用型人才目标,按照"OBE-CDIO"理念,首先,对规划人才培养目标进行了重塑,并对专业课程体系进行了重构;其次,在CDIO理念指导下,以项目为主线,实现"课程项目化、项目课程化",经过构思、设计、实施、运作的全过程演练,使学生实现从理论到实践的升华;最后,建立多元化考核评价体系,促进实践教学体系的持续改进,以实现城乡人才创新实践能力和综合素质提升目标。
An Exploration on Talent Training Mode of Urban and Rural Planning Based on the Concept of"OBE-CDIO"—Learning the Guiding Principles of the 20th CPC National Congress and Constructing a High-Quality Territorial Spatial System
The report of the 20th CPC National Congress proposed"Building a high-quality territorial spatial sys-tem".The construction of talent teams is an important support for the construction of territorial spatial planning sys-tem.How to adapt to the reform of the territorial spacial planning system and form a systematic,scientific,and inte-grated talent cultivation model is the key to doing good in territorial spacial planning.Focusing on the goal of vigor-ously cultivating compound and application-oriented talents,according to the concept of"OBE-CDIO",firstly,it reshapes the objectives of talent cultivation and reconstructed the professional curriculum system.Secondly,under the guidance of CDIO concept,it take the project as the main line to achieve"curriculum project-based,project curriculum-based",students'ability will be sublimated from theory to practice after the whole process of concep-tion,design,implementation and operation.Finally,it establishes a diversified assessment and evaluation system to promote continuous improvement of the practical teaching system,so as to achieve the goal of improving the inno-vative practical ability and comprehensive quality of urban and rural talents.
