高柔性拖链电缆结构优化设计研究

传统的拖链电缆在经过长时间使用和高频弯曲以后会出现磨损、断裂等方面的问题,对设备正常运行和使用寿命产生不良影响.基于此,归纳拖链电缆使用现状及存在的问题,并探究新型结构优化设计方案以适应复杂多变的工业应用环境.同时,采取有限元分析方法对电缆结构优化后的情况展开模拟验证,结果表明,高柔性拖链电缆结构能有效延长电缆使用寿命和提升性能稳定性.
Research on Structural Optimization Design of High Flexible Towline Cable
Traditional towline cables may experience wear,breakage,and other problems after prolonged use and high-frequency bending,which have a negative impact on the normal operation and service life of the equipment.Based on this,this article summarizes the current situation and existing problems of the use of towline cables,and explores new structural optimization design schemes to adapt to complex and ever-changing industrial application environments.At the same time,Finite Element Analysis method is adopted to simulate and verify the optimized cable structure,and the results show that the high flexibility towline cable structure can effectively improve the ser-vice life and performance stability of the cable.
