以瞬态干扰为切入点分析瞬态电压抑制器(Transient Voltage Suppressors,TVS)瞬态二极管的实际应用,在明确TVS瞬态二极管主要参数的基础上,结合单光子发射计算机断层成像术(Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography,SPECT)探测器系统展开应用实践分析,探索SPECT探测器系统中TVS瞬态二极管的应用场景.在应用分析期间,发现TVS瞬态二极管在电路保护方面具有显著优势,故以TVS瞬态二极管为支撑设计应用模块,合理选用TVS瞬态二极管并进行保护电路设计,完成设计运用后,发现TVS瞬态二极管在SPECT探测器系统中表现出了优异性能作用.
Application Analysis of TVS Transient Diode in SPECT Detector System
This paper takes transient interference as the starting point to analyze the practical application of the tran-sient diodes Transient Voltage Suppressors.On the basis of clarifying the main parameters of TVS transient diodes,combined with the Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography(SPECT)detector system,it conducts practical application analysis and explores the application scenarios of TVS transient diodes in the SPECT detector system.During the application analysis,it is found that TVS transient diodes have significant advantages in circuit protec-tion.Therefore,the application module is designed with TVS transient diodes as the support,and TVS transient di-odes are selected reasonably for protection circuit design.After completing the design and application,it is found that TVS transient diodes have shown excellent performance in SPECT detector systems.
