摘要

机制砂具有料源稳定、氯离子含量低等特点,在混凝土中应用较为广泛.依托某公路工程,开展粉砂岩机制砂高质量加工与应用研究.重点介绍了粉砂岩机制砂高质量加工技术,分析了石粉含量对高性能混凝土工作性能的影响,提出了"六区两室一池"的机制砂场区布局以及人工与机械相结合的三级分拣技术.

Abstract

Machine-made sand is widely used in concrete because of its stable material source and low chloride content.Based on a certain highway project,the research on high-quality processing and application of siltstone machine-made sand is carried out.It focuses on the high quality processing technology of siltstone machine-made sand,analyzes the influence of stone powder content on the workability of high-performance concrete,and puts forward the layout of"six zones,two chambers and one pool"of machine-made sand field and the three-level sort-ing technology combining manual and mechanical methods.
