摘要

近年来,随着我国社会经济的不断发展,我国陆地交通运输体系变得愈加完善,新建高速公路工程数量增多,很多高速公路施工需要穿越山体,其中,隧道施工成为重点和难点.在过去,隧道施工主要依靠人工操作机械设备并配合纯人工方式展开,作业效率低,人为影响因素多.在智能技术支撑下,全智能三臂凿岩台车应运而生,其可根据系统设计实现智能化施工,极大地减少了人工劳动力的投入,并提高了隧道施工质量.基于此,分析了全智能三臂凿岩台车的系统组成与工作范围,分析设备运行过程控制,结合某案例探究隧道施工方法,旨在保障隧道施工质量、效率、安全.

Abstract

With the continuous development of China's social economy,the land transportation system has become increasingly perfect in recent years,and the number of new highway projects has increased.Many highway con-struction needs to cross mountains,among which tunnel construction has become a key and difficult point.In the past,tunnel construction mainly relied on manual operation of mechanical equipment and cooperation with pure manual methods,resulting in low work efficiency and multiple human factors.With the support of intelligent tech-nologies,fully intelligent three-arm rock drilling rigs have emerged,which can achieve intelligent construction ac-cording to system design,greatly reducing the amount of manual labor input and improving the quality of tunnel construction.Based on this,this article analyzes the system composition and working scope of the fully intelligent three-arm rock drilling rig,analyzes the equipment operation process control,and explores tunnel construction methods with a case study,aiming to ensure the quality,efficiency,and safety of tunnel construction.
