Selection and Application of Pre-Stressed Pipe Pile Construction Technology
In view of the complex geological conditions of Jinxiu Huating project,the advantages and disadvan-tages of two different pile jacking-in methods are summarized and analyzed through the field test of static pressure pile jacking-in method and hammer pile jacking-in method.By considering the applicability and improvement of the construction techniques,as well as their impact on project duration,economy,and social benefits,the hammer pile jacking-in method which is more suitable for the construction of this project is finally selected.However,the construction noise and vibration caused by hammer pile jacking-in method are very large.Moreover,the project is located in the ancient ruins,ancient cultural relics area,urban residential area,with strict requirements for civilized construction such as construction vibration and noise control.Therefore,the construction method of hammer pile jacking-in is improved to reduce noise and vibration,while achieving the goal of fast pile jacking-in and high pile forming rate.It has also overcame the problems encountered in the construction of complex foundation by tradi-tional pile jacking-in methods,providing reference for future project construction with similar conditions.
